A collection of Johnson Brothers white scalloped English ironstone dishes, including trinket bowls, saucers, and candle dishes, in good vintage condition with no chips or cracks, but small signs of wear may be present, including crazing or small marks.

Vintage ironstone pieces can be used for their original purposes, of course, as butter dishes or fruit bowls, but many people in this modern age have also found additional uses for this beautiful stoneware. The fruit sized bowls can be adapted to use as trinket dishes to hold things like jewelry, loose change, paper clips, or keys. The saucer plates are perfect for their original use, not just for small teacups, but as coasters for larger mugs or glasses as well. The butter dishes are the perfect size to hold beeswax pillar candles.

Trinket bowls measure 6."
Saucers measure 6."
Candle dishes measure 6 1/2."

All of our items are either vintage or antique, some dating back over 100 years. Your item will arrive to you clean (except when noted,) but may still have spots of wear which will be described in the listing. As with most vintage pieces, the wear & tear is part of the charm. All items are final sale.
