 FURNITURE    ORDERS

Shipping on furniture orders will not be paid on the website, but please note that it is not free or included in price.

I will arrange shipping separately and you will pay the courier upon delivery.

I will always work to find you the best rates, and prices will vary based upon location and item size, but you can expect to pay anywhere between $200-500 with the average being $350-$450.

Because of the variability in rates, I will not be able to give you an exact shipping quote until after purchase, so please plan accordingly based on the estimated rates.

Please note that furniture delivery can take 6-8 weeks. 

ALL    OTHER    ORDERS

Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be shipped (plus delivery time), and possibly longer during large sales or busy seasons.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. 

All orders are automatically shipped at the most affordable rate and speed, so if you need to upgrade your shipping, please email hello@twicedear.com immediately after ordering. 

If you place two separate orders in one drop and would like to combine shipping, I will usually do that automatically, but feel free to email hello@twicedear.com just in case. 

 

POLICIES

Most items available on Twice Dear are vintage or antique, some dating back over 100 years! As with most vintage pieces, items may have wear & tear -- and that's part of their charm. All efforts will be made to describe and photograph the wear & tear in the listing, but sometimes it isn't possible to display every single flaw, so please feel free to inquire if you have questions about a specific item.

All items, including furniture, are final sale. There will be no exchanges, returns, or refunds on any item.
